TECF is a broad based partnership that brings together the local authorities, government agencies, harbour authorities and associated organisations who have a key role in managing the Tamar Estuaries European Marine Site.

The Forum oversees the development, delivery and monitoring of the Tamar Estuaries Management Plan and provides a clear mechanism for co-operation, consultation and communication between the wide-ranging interest groups and decision-makers.
